Inventory and Shipping

All products listed on www.JoeChovie.com are inventoried and in stock ready to ship, unless listed as "Out Of Stock".

Shipping is done via First Class Mail at $6.95 for orders under $75.00. Priority Mail at $9.95 for orders over $75.00. Shipping in the US will be free for orders over $250.00.

International rates are set as $29.95 for orders up to $100.00, $49.95 for orders over $100.00 and $79.95 for orders over $250.00

Returns and Defective Product

Returns are good for 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned Product must be in brand new condition

Returns of sellable product in new condition are issued store credit only, damaged or used condition products are not accepted for return credit.

In the event of defective products due to factory defects, please reach out to us with a description of what happened and any pictures to help us see what happened. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at no charge.

Charge backs are assessed a $100 fee. This fee is sent off to a collection agency for processing, we do not handle these fee's. Chargebacks hurt small business and there is no reason issues cant be resolved via email or phone call.
